Personal Coaching
Would you say your life is "pretty good" right now? If so, then you've come to the right place.
Dear Friend,
If you've arrived at
this website, life is probably pretty good for you right now. You're headed in the right direction
professionally. Maybe you've even "arrived." You have family and friends that care about
you, and interests outside of your work life.
Yep, a pretty good life.
But in my book,
"pretty good" isn't good enough. You
deserve more.
Chances are, deep
down, you want something more. You know
that you're capable of it. You know that if you could just work a little
harder, or a little smarter, or find the right formula, you really could
"have it all" – a life made up of one moment after another, like
precious pearls on a string, each one purposeful
and deeply satisfying. A life where the integration of your work
and your personal life produces a higher
level of well being mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
Let's take a quick look at where you are right now. Do any of the following describe you?
- You have a sense of your own potential to live a fuller, more productive, more enjoyable life.
- You work hard but feel that the quantity or quality of productivity falls short.
- You work hard, but aren't achieving sufficient satisfaction in one or more areas of your life.
- You often feel that your energies are too diffused or too often misguided.
- You want to develop greater effectiveness, productivity, balance, and enjoyment.
- You feel too consumed by one area of your life while others get short shrift.
If any of this
strikes a chord with you, then keep reading.
Imagine this: You
wake each morning, energized and
ready for the day. You enjoy time with
your family, engaging in meaningful conversation over a relaxed breakfast. Then you head for work, filled with
anticipation and new ideas. At work, you're focused and productive,
with a steady flow of energy throughout the day. Work is fun, challenging, and
fulfilling.
When it's time to
quit for the day, there's no stress or guilt about what didn't get done. You smoothly shift gears to the next part of
your day, which you'll spend with family or friends, or perhaps pursuing your
personal interests. You fall promptly asleep at bedtime, looking forward to
what tomorrow will bring you.
Does it seem as if a
life like this is just within your grasp, yet you can't quite reach it? You've done the goal setting, the time
management seminars, the self-improvement books – and you're still in pretty much the same place. It may seem as if your life is
compartmented, and you're a different person, depending on what compartment
you're currently sitting in.
Then there's the
tension between the "competing" parts of your life. You're at work and you feel guilty for not
being at home. You're with your family and you feel the pressures of work that
has to be done.
Good news: it's not your fault, there
is a solution, and you're halfway there already
As a personal coach
and psychologist, I see this phenomenon all the time. And I'll tell you this: it's
not your fault. It is not a lack
of vision nor is it a lack of effort.
Most likely, you
simply lack the skills, strategies, and support needed to take you to the next
level, or to achieve the right balance between personal and professional life.
There's a good possibility you already
have the skills you need – but just haven't mastered them yet.
As a personal coach
with three decades of experience as a psychologist, I can help you get to
the next level, however you envision it.
I'll guide and support you as you mobilize
all your resources – mental,
emotional, physical and spiritual – to move you toward your life goals and
dreams. I'll give you the support
you need to stay the course while you master the skills that will enable you to
focus more clearly, minimize stress, and connect more deeply with others.
At the same time,
I'll equip you with skills that will
keep you fully invested in the present moment as well. This means you don't have to wait to
experience the fullness of joy and satisfaction that you deserve.
The good news is, you've
already done half the work – you have a pretty good idea of the way you want
your life to be. You have goals and
ambitions. Now all you need to do is
take the next step – bring your mind, body, spirit, and important relationships
into the equation. These personal resources are the mechanism by which you
achieve your goals.
When you're able to
bring all your personal resources to bear there's no question that you will perform at a higher level. Not only
that, but it happens more naturally,
from within, rather than being something that's imposed externally. You'll find it far easier to handle stress.
Best of all, you'll have the proper focus and energy to bring your best self to
all your relationships.
Does that sound like
a worthy endeavor to you?
How to choose the right coach
Coaching is one of
the best investments you will ever make. The huge growth in the field of
coaching in the past few years is a testament to the success of coaching. But it's crucial to find the right fit.
Rapport is
important. Trust is essential. But the key to it all is finding a coach
with the expertise that meets your specific needs. Otherwise, you're just wasting your time, effort, and money.
If you're a
high-performing individual who wants to take it to the next level, you'll want
a coach whose expertise can help you get there. For almost 30 years, I have been working with people just like
you. Throughout
my career, my passion has been to identify the psychological tools of people
who manage life's challenges well and to coach, counsel, teach, and train
people to develop them.
Those without the
extensive training and expertise that I have as a psychologist may get quicker
changes – but chances are, they'll be less durable. They won't
"stick." As in the ancient parable, I don't give you a fish, I teach
you to fish. As a result, you will have
a deep confidence in your own
ability to handle any situation that comes up.
If this is a journey
you're ready to embark on, or something you want to explore before making a
commitment, there are two easy steps you can take right now. First, contact me
for a free 30-minute consultation.
There's absolutely no obligation.
This complimentary
half hour coaching consultation is not
a sales pitch for my services. Rather, it's an opportunity for you to see if
we're the right fit. First, we'll talk
about your goals. Then I'll share with
you proven techniques and tips for meeting your challenges effectively. When
you take advantage of this complimentary coaching session, I'll send you a free
copy of my special report, 7 Barriers to Success. Register online to schedule your complimentary
half hour.
You'll also want to
take advantage of my free newsletter, Synergy for Success.™ This monthly
newsletter, sent to you by e-mail, gives you practical, actionable tips and
insights into managing work and life pressures. (You can unsubscribe at any
time, of course.) When you subscribe, you'll receive a free copy of a self-assessment

help people evaluate how effectively they're balancing work and personal life,
and to help identify opportunities for improvement.
Are you still willing
to settle for "pretty good"? Or are you ready to move forward and
make the most of all the good things life has given you? To achieve greater

advancement To enjoy a balanced, harmonious life If you're ready to take some action, e-mail me today at
